VP of Talent Acquisition
Responsibilities
Developing talent acquisition strategies and driving execution for a multi-site and multi-state organization
Lead, manage, and coach a team of recruiters
Stepping into to the recruiting seat when needed, especially for urgent and/or senior level opportunities
Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on labor market trends, workforce risks, and available talent
Overseeing agency partnerships
Managing relationships with institutions and professional associations
Owning talent acquisition performance metrics and analytics
Developing dashboards and workforce analytics
Managing talent acquisition budgets
Optimizing ATS platforms and sourcing tools
Continuously evaluating recruiting workflows to improve efficiency
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting
5+ years of experience leading multi-site recruiting functions
healthcare industry experience REQUIRED
Extensive experience managing and coaching recruiting teams
Provider and non-provider recruiting experience required
DSO or multi-site healthcare expertise
Bachelor's degree required
Preferred
Dental industry experience preferred
Master's degree ideal
Experience using iCIMS is a plus
Experience in a private equity backed organization is ideal but not required
Experience working in a high growth organization is ideal
