Responsibilities

Configure and customize Workday functionality across multiple modules
Respond to tickets, incidents, and requests from end-users promptly and professionally
Analyze configuration gaps and inefficiencies; recommend improvements
Conduct quality assurance reviews and implement scalable solutions
Maintain data integrity through audits and transactional reviews
Manage Workday release planning, regression testing, and communication of changes
Support knowledge-sharing and maintain team documentation

Required

3+ years of experience with Workday configuration across at least two modules (e.g., HCM, Recruiting, Absence, Time Tracking)

Excellent organizational, project management, and customer service skills
Ability to manage conflict, prioritize tasks, and work independently
Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, Information Technology, or related field
