Responsibilities
Develop and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans aligned with company targets
Analyze historical sales data, trends, and market conditions to generate accurate forecasts
Support annual budget planning and rolling forecast processes
Track sales performance against targets
Prepare regular sales reports, dashboards, and executive summaries
Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities, and propose actionable recommendations
Support sales incentive and commission plan administration
Track commission calculations, eligibility, and payout accuracy
Coordinate with Finance and HR to ensure compliance and timely payments
Partner with Sales leadership to support territory, channel, and account planning
Work with Marketing on promotions, campaigns, and demand generation analysis
Coordinate with Operations and Supply Chain to align inventory and installation capacity with sales demand
Qualification
Required
Experience in rental, subscription-based, appliance, or consumer durable goods industries
Familiarity with commission structures and incentive plans
5+ years of experience in sales planning, sales operations, business analysis, or related roles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
Strong communication skills with the ability to present data clearly to stakeholders
Preferred
Experience supporting multi-channel sales (direct, retail, field sales, B2B) is preferred
Korean-English bilingual is highly preferred
