Associate Sales Program Analyst (Bilingual English/Korean)

The Associate Sales Program Analyst will manage sales and marketing programs, resolve financial issues, perform contract reviews, and support budgeting and expenditure tracking. This role also involves training sales teams and providing detailed reporting and analysis to support financial processes.

Responsibilities

Responsible for submitting accurate sales and marketing investment promotions and programs for sales expenditure

Reviewing sales and marketing programs and activities throughout accounts and provide guidance for proper accruals

Responsible for periodical and ad-hoc reports and month end closing activities including account reconciliation for accrual balance

Work closely with sales and accounts to collect requirements, information, and any relevant data to manage sales deduction

Timely support management to manage sales and marketing expenditure

Provide training to sales and channel for managing sales programs and expenditure

Qualification

Business AnalysisBilingual English/KoreanExcelERP SystemCommunication Skills

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field

Bilingual in English and Korean

Comfortable engaging and communicating with sales and senior level management; excellent written and verbal communication skills required

Preferred

Proficient with Excel and other ERP system experience is plus

Experience in business analysis including financial and operational analysis is plus
