New Grad, Entry LevelPolyfab LLC is seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Entry-Level In-House IT Support Technician to provide on-site technical support to employees. This role focuses on maintaining daily IT operations, resolving user issues, and ensuring that all technology within the facility runs smoothly.

Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for in-house technical support requests
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues for onsite users
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, and other office equipment
Support user account creation, password resets, and access requests in Active Directory and other internal systems
Assist with setting up new hires’ equipment and workstations
Maintain and organize IT equipment, inventory, and documentation
Troubleshoot basic networking issues (Wi-Fi connectivity, cabling, switches, VPN)
Assist users with AI-powered tools (chatbots, automation tools, AI assistants)
Perform routine system checks, updates, and preventive maintenance
Escalate advanced issues to senior IT staff or system administrators when appropriate
Ensure compliance with company IT policies, security standards, and procedures
Provide friendly, timely, and professional support to all employees
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or technical training is a plus
Basic understanding of Windows
Familiarity with Microsoft 365, common business applications, and standard office hardware
Familiarity with AI concepts such as chatbots, automation, or machine learning basics
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities
Ability to follow instructions, prioritize tasks, and work independently
Eagerness to learn and grow within the IT field
Preferred
CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent certifications
Experience with help desk ticketing systems
Basic understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
Exposure to imaging tools, remote support tools, or MDM platforms
Experience with EnterpriseIQ ERP Quality Management System
