Responsibilities
Design, configure, and maintain batch schedules using BMC Helix Control-M
Perform batch migration and modernization activities
Manage and monitor job flows, dependencies, and SLA compliance
Configure and support file transfers and API integrations
Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to support scheduling needs
Troubleshoot job failures and performance issues
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience with Control-M / BMC Helix scheduling
Strong experience with Control-M v9.20 and v9.21
Experience with SLA management, job dependencies, and monitoring
Experience with Managed File Transfer (MFT / MFT B2B)
Exposure to AWS and Azure environments
Experience with application and system integration workflows
