Responsibilities
Prepare marketing materials including pitchbooks, meeting materials, presentations, and questionnaires
Assist in fundraising initiatives, including the preparation of fundraising presentations and due diligence materials
Prepare RFP's and DDQ's
Partner closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely outcomes
Oversee and update the CRM system with client information
Receive and respond to client inquiries and coordinate updates
Assist with any ad-hoc projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required (GPA 3.5 and above)
2+ years experience in banking, financial services, or investment management
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Analytical mindset but comfortable speaking with c-suite executives
