This role serves as a strategic partner to Directors and VPs, advising on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.

Partner with leadership on employee relations, performance management, and talent development
Provide guidance on HR policies, compliance, and employment law in regulated environments
Support and lead change management initiatives
Coach leaders on employee engagement, conflict resolution, and organizational effectiveness
Execute HR initiatives with limited oversight while maintaining professionalism and discretion
Qualification
Required
Ability to operate with minimal direction
Take initiative and execute effectively
Flexible and agile in balancing strategic guidance with hands-on execution
Experience supporting manufacturing, oil & gas, or government environments
SHRM certification
