Responsibilities
Ordering/Purchasing of parts and supplies, maintaining Purchase Card log and receipts for purchases
Perform parts/supplies stock inventories/reconciliations in accordance with EQS Policies or as directed by the supervisor or management
Provide customer service support in person and by phone or e-mail
Fill parts/supplies stock orders and stock/replenish supply warehouse shelves with line items
Assist in obtaining, tracking and posting chemical Material Data Safety Sheets as warranted
Assist in the timely turn-in/management of parts cores
Ship/mail parts/supplies as needed or directed
Post (input) parts/supplies cost data into Fleet Focus
Qualification
Required
Three years of experience in an automotive/heavy equipment parts supply operation involving responsibility for receiving, stocking, and issuing a wide variety of automotive/heavy equipment parts/supplies
At least two years of this experience must have included some responsibility for researching, ordering automotive/heavy equipment parts/supplies
Possess and retain a current, valid class-appropriate driver's license
Complete all required training and successfully pass all necessary driver's license record checks
Maintain acceptable driving records
Complete the Electronic Employment Eligibility Verification Program (E-Verify)
Ability to push/pull/lift up to 50 pounds and pass a physical exam
