Acting as a brand ambassador, managing materials and assets of the practice
Working alongside Senior Leadership to establish direction and priorities
Utilizing Office 365 products to organize event schedules, external communications and general communications
Opportunity to build Marketing skills set and gain experience serving engaged provider professionals
Being engaged with a private practice that expects outstanding experiences for patients throughout their orthopaedic journey
Sitting at a desk for extended periods of time that may seem unnatural
Qualification
Required
Kind, organized, reliable and creative
Responsible for developing, coordinating and implementing comprehensive materials that align with DMOS's branding and goals
Managing the planning and execution of promotional events
Coordinating materials to enhance brand visibility
Ensuring consistent messaging across all channels
Conducting market research to identify opportunities for campaign improvements
Overseeing and creating materials
Maintaining partnerships with vendors and stakeholders
Monitoring performance metrics to enhance and support brand engagement
Highly organized
Ability to communicate calmly with leaders, physicians and the public
Display professionalism when interacting with others
Ability to handle multiple projects at one time while staying organized
Ability to practice the art of listening, asking clarifying questions and avoiding interrupting
Prior exposure to marketing, planning events, creative suites and supporting roles
Ensures projects and events are executed timely and supports the overall efficiency of the team
