4+ years of experience as a commercial real estate attorney handling complex lending transactions
Significant experience with commercial real estate financing (preferably borrower side), including experience independently negotiating substantive provisions of loan agreements, guarantees and other loan documents
Significant experience with negotiating purchase and sale agreements in connection with complex acquisitions and dispositions
Experience with redevelopment work in New Jersey is a plus
Admission in New Jersey or New York
Qualification
