Responsibilities

Provides customer service duties to include answering phone calls, scheduling meetings/appointments, and supporting clients and visitors
Completes clerical duties to include copying, scanning, faxing documents, navigating the electronic medical record, and maintaining filing system
Provides additional administrative and clerical services as needed to ensure effective and efficient operations
Completes all required agency trainings as to maintain 100% compliance

Required

High school diploma or GED required
Effectively communicate via written, verbal, in person and virtual methods
Knowledge of community resources or willingness to learn
Comfortable working with individuals with mental health or substance use concerns

Accountable and self-directed with daily job duties
