Responsibilities
Ability to communicate with senior leaders and deliver complex work / messaging in a simple, concise way
Detail oriented, ability to organize, track manage large teams and complex bodies of work
Host kickoff meetings with stakeholders and project teams
Develop work breakdown structures (WBS), dependency documentation, and timelines for complex work efforts
Lead cross-functional teams and delegate tasks
Track progress, manage dependencies, and communicate updates
Identify and resolve issues and roadblocks
Perform quality checks and manage scope changes
Monitor budgets and implement risk management strategies
Establish clear communication channels
Provide regular status updates and manage expectations
Motivate and coach team members
Resolve conflicts and foster collaboration
Qualification
Required
Cyber security background
AI, knowledge of AI, working on AI related project. Big plus
Strong JIRA
Senior level role. Facing off to high level stakeholders
Strong governance experience, experience with controls, financials, change management, etc
Lots of status reporting
Ability to communicate with senior leaders and deliver complex work / messaging in a simple, concise way
