Akkodis is seeking a Mechatronics - Switches Design Release Engineer for a contract position with their client. The role involves the design, development, and release of mechatronic switch systems, ensuring compliance with technical and quality requirements.

Responsibilities

Involved in the design, development, and release of mechatronic switch systems (interior/exterior switches, switch banks, HMI controls), ensuring compliance with Stellantis technical, quality, cost, and timing requirements

Own engineering release activities including CAD/drawing release, DFMEA, DVP&R, specifications, and change management using PLM tools (e.g., Teamcenter)

Coordinate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to ensure proper electrical, mechanical, and system integration, manufacturability, and program readiness

Support validation, launch, and field issue resolution , driving root-cause analysis and continuous product improvement
