Support quarterly valuation models and analysis
Prepare valuation summaries and key metrics
Assist with SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q) and internal reporting
Coordinate valuation data for auditors and third parties
Support investor presentations and ad hoc analysis
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
1.5–3 years of accounting, banking, or finance experience
Strong GAAP and accounting foundation
Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and collaborative
Preferred
Advanced Excel skills; valuation/modeling experience preferred
CPA or CFA (or in progress) a plus
