Payables & Business Card Product Manager

UMB Bank is seeking a Payables & Business Card Product Manager to lead the execution of strategies supporting their Payables and Business Banking card solutions. Responsibilities

Create product roadmaps for assigned product suite using industry trends, market research, Voice of Client feedback, and input from key stakeholders
Prioritize initiatives to ensure that overall company objectives and goals are achieved
Assist in developing Functional Requirements/Vision Documents that define product enhancements and development initiatives
Manage the development of prototypes illustrating specific product enhancements and development initiatives
Assess clients’ and prospects’ needs, technology trends, and major competitors in order to synthesize product requirements while utilizing market / client / industry research and analysis to develop and maintain a long-range product roadmap
Assist in developing comprehensive business cases, including financial impact, for adding new products or changing existing products
Engage with internal departments (sales, operations, legal, implementation and compliance) to deliver new functionality, enhancements, and capabilities and to ensure that all product features and functionality meet company and regulatory standards
Partner with product marketing and sales enablement to ensure market success for product launches and enhancements
Engage with all internal and external product documentation is current
Assist with Concept, Vision, and requirements definition documents, and sales and marketing tools
Manage timelines and responsibilities for internal and external resources to launch products on time and within budget
Engage in Supplier Enablement to increase customer spend by an outreach campaign based on vendor lists obtained from customers
Educate and train (when applicable) other departments and teams on value/benefits of new and existing product

Required

An undergraduate degree in a related field and 7+ years of full lifecycle product development experience OR any combination of education and experience that would provide an equivalent background
In-depth experience with product marketing or project management including product launches
Experience with TSYS
Supplier enablement experience
Experience and understanding of Integrated Payables and Business Card product use cases and back-end functionality
You are goal-oriented with ability to not only conceptualize products but also manage and optimize them throughout their lifecycle
