Responsibilities
Collect and distribute borrower payments and loan payoffs
Reconcile bank accounts daily and monthly
Monitor late payments and NSFs
Import new loans into the servicing system
Audit borrower and loan information for accuracy
Monitor and review insurance renewals for proper coverage
Coordinate insurance claims and repairs with borrowers, insurance companies, repair facilities, and banks
Address payment, insurance, or default issues
Develop and implement strategies for managing problem accounts
Coordinate closings for individual aircraft loans
Collect and calculate interest, monitor payoff schedules, and track line of credit expirations
Qualification
Required
6–8+ years of experience in financial services or loan operations
Bachelor's degree
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Comfortable working in a complex CRM (Mortgage Office experience a plus)
