They are seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, and analysis across a growing real estate portfolio, with ownership of financial reporting and partnering with senior finance leadership.

Responsibilities

Prepare and manage recurring entity-level, asset-level, and consolidated financial reporting

Assist with lender, investor, and internal management reporting

Aggregate, reconcile, and validate financial data across accounting systems, management platforms, and Excel-based models

Analyze cash flow, NOI, debt service, and liquidity across complex ownership and capital structures

Help drive consistency, process improvements, and automation across financial and entity reporting

Partner with Accounting, Asset Management, and Capital Markets to ensure data accuracy and alignment

Assist with portfolio forecasting, scenario modeling, and capital planning for acquisitions, dispositions, and development activity

Perform monthly and quarterly variance analysis across properties, entities, and portfolios
