This role develops and drives strategy, manages infrastructure implementation, oversees budgets, and ensures effective cross-functional execution and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and refine the fleet electrification strategy to meet sustainability targets
Lead complex, cross-functional programs and manage project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies
Oversee vehicle procurement, maintenance, and lifecycle management in alignment with environmental goals
Manage large global budgets for vehicle acquisition and infrastructure, collaborating with finance teams to forecast needs and optimize resources
Apply technical expertise in electric vehicles, charging infrastructure, and energy management; stay current with industry regulations and trends
Use data analytics to monitor fleet performance, emissions reductions, and report results to stakeholders
Ensure compliance with relevant fleet and emissions regulations worldwide
Indirectly manage and align cross-functional teams, vendors, and subject matter experts to ensure program success
Serve as the main point of contact for program stakeholders, providing regular updates and maintaining communication across teams
Drive process improvements, risk mitigation, and seek scalable solutions to enhance efficiency
Lead global fleet capacity planning to align availability with corporate electrification goals
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in managing complex, global, and cross-functional programs
Demonstrated expertise in fleet management, including procurement, maintenance, and policy development
Strong financial acumen and experience overseeing large-scale budgets
In-depth knowledge of electric vehicle technology, charging infrastructure, and related energy management systems
Proficient in data analytics and reporting for tracking fleet metrics and progress toward goals
Familiarity with local, state, and federal fleet and emissions regulations
Strong indirect leadership skills with an ability to motivate, influence, and align global teams
Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience in process improvement, change management, and risk mitigation
Ability to conduct capacity planning and analysis for global fleets
