Responsibilities
Perform basic assembly of components and sub-assemblies
Operate resistance spot weld machines or laser machines
Assist Hot Stamp Operator with set-up and operation of hot stamp lines
Perform basic safety inspections on equipment and record data
Complete SPC (Statistical Process Control) checks and charts as required
Follow instructions to ensure accurate production
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols
Qualification
Required
Ability to work on their feet for extended periods
Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed
Adaptability to a fast-paced retail environment
Proficient in using power tools and hand tools for fabrication and assembly
Mechanical knowledge to understand equipment operation
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
Able to work in a warm environment during summer time
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Ability to understand verbal work instructions provided in English
Preferred
Experience working in a manufacturing setting
