They are seeking a Marketing and Business Development Manager to build and support professional relationships within the real estate community and coordinate compliant marketing and outreach initiatives.

Law Practice

Responsibilities

Develop and coordinate compliant marketing and outreach strategies
Build and maintain professional relationships with realtors, brokers, and investors
Participate in in person meetings, industry events, and educational programs
Coordinate broker presentations, lunch and learn programs, and investor education sessions
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and compliant messaging
Track outreach activities and professional relationships using CRM tools
Support marketing execution including email communications and event logistics
Ensure adherence to Florida Department of Financial Services rules and company compliance policies

Required
