Prepare monthly financial reporting and variance analysis
Assist with annual budgeting and periodic forecasting
Analyze financial performance and key business metrics
Maintain and improve financial models in Excel
Working within NetSuite to support planning and reporting activities
Partner with the accounting and operation teams to ensure accurate financial data
Qualification
Required
2 years of experience in an FP&A role
Strong Excel proficiency
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
Strong analytical and communication skills
Ability to work onsite 3 days per week
Preferred
NetSuite experience strongly preferred
