Responsibilities

Analyze marketing and engagement data to identify trends and opportunities
Run exploratory data analysis and interpret experiment results (A/B tests, lift analysis)
Build analyses, models, dashboards, and documentation to support decision-making
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and clearly communicate insights
Manage multiple requests independently while meeting business priorities

Required

7+ years of experience in Data Analytics / Data Science
Strong hands-on experience with SQL and Python or R
Solid business and marketing acumen

Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments

Preferred

MBA or graduate degree in a quantitative field
Experience with Media Mix Modeling, Attribution, Optimization, or Experimentation
Background in marketing analytics or large-scale data projects
