Program Coordinator
Family & Children's Association is seeking a School Based Bi-lingual (Spanish) Program Coordinator for their Families First program. The Program Coordinator will provide trauma-informed psychotherapy services in Spanish to ENL students and their families, while also overseeing staff within the program and maintaining communication with school mental health staff.

Responsibilities
Provide school-based individual and family psychotherapy services to students in-school
Conduct initial client assessments; develop and implement treatment plans
Collaborate and communicate with other referral sources as well as other service providers
Maintain client case records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and FCA policies
Maintain Daily log of school hours
Collaborate with school staff to benefit students' treatment and ability to access resources
Engage in professional development training
Provide supervision to clinicians within the program
Maintain billable hours and provide monthly billing to schools and FCA Fiscal Team
Assume other responsibilities as assigned to ensure effective program and agency operations
Qualification
Required
Master's Degree in Social Work, Marriage/Family Therapy or Mental Health Counseling required
Must be bilingual in Spanish
Minimum of two years' experience providing counseling services to adolescents and families
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient computer skills with MS Office
Valid and clean driver's license required
Preferred
LMSW, LMFT, or LMHC is preferred
