Responsibilities
Consult with clients to evaluate project goals, budgets, timelines, and design preferences
Design kitchens and bathrooms for renovations and new construction using 2020 Design (Design Flex) Software
Prepare accurate layouts, renderings, and specifications based on architectural drawings and field measurements
Research, select, and specify cabinetry, countertops, fixtures, and related products
Prepare and present comprehensive proposals, estimates, and product presentations
Manage the sales process from initial consultation through contract execution
Actively generate new business opportunities within the construction and remodeling market
Develop and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, and industry partners
Provide consistent, high-quality customer service throughout the project lifecycle
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years of sales and design experience in Kitchen & Bath design
Demonstrated proficiency in 2020 Design (Design Flex) Software
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to read and understand architectural / construction plan
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Must reside locally or be willing to relocate prior to start date
Valid Driver's License required
Preferred
Associate degree in Interior Design or a related field
