Build a strong, accountable sales culture
Qualification
Required
3–7+ years of automotive sales management experience
Demonstrated success scaling sales teams
Strong understanding of variable financials and KPIs
Ability to participate in a confidential hiring process
Current or recent ESM or GSM
Proven success leading large, high-volume sales teams
Strong desk management, inventory control, and forecasting skills
Process-driven, confident, and discreet leader
