Responsibilities

Perform site monitoring activities including site initiation, routine monitoring, and close out visits

Ensure clinical trials are conducted in compliance with protocols, GCP, and applicable regulatory requirements

Serve as a primary point of contact for investigative sites, supporting site performance and issue resolution

Review clinical data and documentation for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness

Collaborate cross functionally with Clinical Operations, Data Management, and vendors

Required

Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field

Six or more years of clinical research experience with at least three years in an on-site monitoring role

Strong knowledge of ICH GCP and clinical trial processes

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Must be on-site in the Houston or Dallas Area with flexibility to travel

Preferred

Experience supporting Phase 1 to Phase 3 clinical trials
