Responsibilities

Prepare visually engaging reports and presentations
Manage multiple leaders’ calendars
Coordinate travel and meetings with ease
Support sales operations and onboarding new hires
Facilitate communication across departments
Handle confidential information with discretion
Build strong relationships with employees, leaders, and stakeholders
Manage facilities and office equipment
Plan events and maintain sanitation standards
Ensure smooth daily operations
Greet visitors and organize data
Support special projects

Required

High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 3 years of administrative support experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Associate's degree plus 1 year of administrative support experience
Proficient in the use of MS Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel
Experience in event coordination
Effectively handles multiple projects and constantly shifting priorities
Skilled in reading, comprehending, interpreting and executing simple instructions, short correspondence and memos
Skilled in writing simple correspondence
Skilled in adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing using whole numbers
Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation
Required to be 18 years or older

Preferred

High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 5 years of administrative support experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor's degree
Administrative support experience in a Sales office environment
Prior experience supporting executives
