Responsibilities

Utilizes extensive knowledge of the client's clinical or business requirements, application capabilities, and technical skills to implement and support applications

Responsible for the implementation of new applications, upgrades, and modifications to existing systems and assisting in the coordination of these efforts

Responsible for the application configuration, go-live support, and ongoing client support

Works on multiple projects concurrently

For analysts certified as a Principal Trainer, responsibilities include MST build and maintenance

Provides outstanding client service and contributes to the organization's mission of utilizing information technology to improve patient care

Qualification

Required

1-2 years of experience in a healthcare environment

PC proficiency required

Windows and MS Office applications proficiency required

Good organizational, interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills

Experience with Epic EMR in a hospital setting, particularly in Orders, Cupid, Lumens, Radiant

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required

Preferred

Certification in Epic application is preferred

Certifications in Orders, Cupid, Lumens, Radiant is preferred
