Responsibilities
Lead Hands-On Field Training
Coach Site Managers, Assistant Site Managers, and teams directly in the field
Train in tunnel operations, safety, sales, guest experience, and systems
Model standards by working alongside teams—including tunnel support and pit cleaning
Reinforce expectations through real-time feedback, repetition, and accountability
Build and Evolve Training Programs
Design and improve onboarding, leadership development, and skill-based training
Update SOPs, job aids, LMS content, and training videos
Identify training gaps through observation and turn them into scalable solutions
Partner with Operations, HR, Maintenance, and Guest Support to align training with reality
Support Growth & Change
Support new site launches, acquisitions, and leadership transitions
Travel to sites across Utah, Idaho, and Nevada as needed
Help teams adopt new tools, programs, and processes with confidence
Qualification
Required
management or supervisory experience in operations or frontline leadership
3+ years of leadership or management experience (training experience a plus)
1–3 years' experience leading training or learning programs - or proven record of developing teams in operations roles
experience developing teams in operational environments
strong communication, coaching, and facilitation skills
strong ability to evaluate, research, and implement effective learning solutions
comfortable working independently with strong organization and follow-through
tech-comfortable - Google Workspace; familiarity with LMS and/or instructional authoring tools helpful
willing and able to travel up to ~50% during peak periods
physically able to work in tunnels, outdoors, and hands-on environments
prolonged periods of sitting, standing, walking, and hands-on training
ability to lift up to 25 pounds
comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
