Responsibilities
Customize and configure Dynamics 365 modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Finance & Operations (as applicable)
Build and modify forms, views, dashboards, and reports to support business requirements
Configure security roles, business rules, and entity fields as needed
Develop plugins, workflows, and custom business logic using C# and .NET
Build Power Automate flows and Power Apps integrated with D365
Write, optimize, and troubleshoot FetchXML, JavaScript, and SQL queries
Support integrations with external systems using APIs or middleware tools
Assist in system upgrades, patching, feature rollouts, and D365 deployments
Troubleshoot and resolve Dynamics 365 application issues in collaboration with senior developers and business analysts
Maintain and update technical documentation, including solution design, configuration guides, and deployment steps
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives
Work closely with cross-functional teams business analysts, QA testers, architects to ensure high-quality solution delivery
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs
1+ years of experience with MS Dynamics 365 CE or F&O modules
1+ years of experience working with Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
1+ years of experience working with SSIS, SSRS, or Power BI for reporting and data operations
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal Public Trust Clearance
Must reside in the US, be authorized to work in the US, and work must be performed in the US
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or CRM systems
Certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform are a plus but not required
Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly
