Responsibilities
Partner with business planning team, marketing, engineering and MCAPS to define business models across key workloads in Data Security & Compliance, Identity, Threat Protection to name a few. This individual will be required to build deep knowledge of the Security business and develop deep partnerships across the different business partner groups
Long-range planning: Lead the development and update of the three- to five-year business forecast for new and existing products, evaluating risks and opportunities in close partnership with the rest of the team
Pricing & packaging: Partner with Marketing to determine the optimal pricing and packaging of new products to be rolled out into the commercial SKU line-up, either as a separate standalone offer or as part of a suite
Deals/Investment Decision support: Conduct ad-hoc analyses and frame business cases for strategic partnerships and acquisitions
Qualification
Required
Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field
OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field
OR equivalent experience
Preferred
Masters Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 6+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance work experience
OR Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 8+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance work experience
OR equivalent experience
1+ year(s) experience in multinationals with multi-product/multi-segment finance roles
1+ year(s) work experience in matrix-based organization
1+ year(s) work experience in the technology or software industry
Demonstrated ability to work in ambiguous environments
Able to identify improvement areas for customers
Demonstrated communication skills both written and verbal and ability to communicate with all levels of the organization
Demonstrated cross functional collaboration skills
Deep analytic skills and the ability to summarize performance and key insights from the data at an executive leadership level
Prior Revenue Planning and Cybersecurity experience preferred, though not required
