Responsibilities
Greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Responsible for visitor management and following security protocols at assigned building entry point(s)
General office organization, including reception, ordering supplies, faxing, shipping, collaboration with local vendors, etc
Perform administrative duties in conformity with company policies and procedures; and
Perform other tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in a professional Assistant/Receptionist position
Must have customer service approach to reception for both external visitors and campus employees
Proficient in Microsoft 365 Software including Word and Outlook. Experience with Microsoft Excel is also preferred
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
Attention to detail and excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
Preferred
Prior experience sorting/distributing mail, shipping and receiving
