Senior Associate, Product Analyst

Responsibilities

Contribute to all aspects of product management across the retail product line, with an emphasis on positioning and differentiating our offerings relative to leading peers
Conduct and deliver insightful market and peer analysis to support marketing and sales efforts
Partner with product managers to develop and execute product strategies across the retail product suite
Collaborate with product managers to produce timely product updates, including performance analysis, commentary, and positioning narratives
Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to support business development initiatives and strategic projects
Respond to product-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders, including sales teams and business partners
Collaborate with Marketing to develop, enhance, and maintain compelling product materials, presentations, and client-facing content
Leverage data platforms (e.g., Bloomberg, Morningstar, FactSet) to generate product-level analytics
Develop and maintain reports tracking investment performance, fund flows, and competitive positioning

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience required; MBA, and/or industry designations (CFA®, CFP®, CIMA®) a plus
Minimum 3 years of experience in the financial services industry
Strong understanding of financial markets and investment vehicles, including equities, fixed income, and alternatives
Proven analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills with meticulous attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work under tight deadline
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data platforms like Bloomberg, Morningstar, FactSet, etc
