Responsibilities

Oversee fund-level cash management, including cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and capital allocation for evergreen and private market vehicles
Lead fund treasury operations, managing global banking relationships, fund financing structures, and foreign exchange strategies
Direct fund finance activities, including debt facilities, capital calls, and investor distributions to ensure operational excellence and accuracy
Provide strategic oversight of treasury functions supporting private, alternative, and secondary investments
Develop and implement comprehensive risk management frameworks addressing financial, operational, and market risks
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing treasury team, fostering collaboration and professional development
Partner closely with investment, legal, tax, and compliance teams to align treasury operations with firm-wide objectives
Drive process innovation and automation, leveraging treasury technology to enhance controls, reporting, and scalability

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred
10+ years of treasury, fund finance, or related experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role
Demonstrated expertise in fund cash management, fund treasury, and fund finance within private markets
Strong understanding of private equity, alternative, and secondary investment structures
Experience supporting evergreen funds or similar open-ended vehicles is highly desirable
Deep knowledge of financial instruments, banking operations, and liquidity management
Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a strategic mindset
Proficiency with treasury management systems and financial modeling tools

Preferred

MBA or CFA preferred
Experience supporting evergreen funds or similar open-ended vehicles is highly desirable
