Responsibilities
Always acting as a property liaison and assisting all Residents & Guests with information about the park and surrounding areas while providing superior customer service
As the Activities Assistant: Execute our activity and recreation programing, as well as help at the front desk for all guests of the park. Help create and run activities for all ages of guests, maintain good relationships with entertainment vendors
At the Front Desk: Assist with check-in and check-out of guests from the campground. Process payments and deposits. Answer phones and all guest inquiries in a timely manner. Run the Country Store by maintaining proper stocking of inventory and cashing out of guest purchases
As Maintenance: Ensure all guest and team member requests for fixes or maintenance needs are followed up on and fixed or delegated to a proper vendor. Work safely with power tools and small machines. Stay self-motivated and on task for small projects. Maintain the pool and spa under direction of the Certified Pool Operator on staff. Keep grounds clean and safe
As a Ranger: Maintain a safe and welcoming atmosphere by being a presence in the park that upholds all park rules and guidelines. Facilitate late check-in, sell firewood and ice with a cash bank, and act as the overnight emergency contact for the park
Overall, always partner with other team members and management to ensure the best possible guest experience. As well as perform other duties as assigned by Management
Qualification
Required
Exceptional customer service skills
Ability to prioritize customer satisfaction
Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
Ability to act as a property liaison
Experience in executing activity and recreation programming
Ability to assist at the front desk
Experience in maintaining good relationships with entertainment vendors
Ability to assist with check-in and check-out of guests
Experience in processing payments and deposits
