Financial Analyst, - Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)
Entergy is a provider of essential services, and they are seeking a Financial Analyst to support the operation and advancement of their Enterprise Risk Management program. The role involves identifying, evaluating, and mitigating business risks while engaging with leaders across the enterprise.

Responsibilities
Support ERM objectives to identify, evaluate, mitigate, and monitor operational and strategic risks
Participate in discussions with business leaders on risk issues and management approaches
Monitor and assess emerging risks and help evaluate their potential impact
Assist with identifying, defining, and tracking key risk indicators
Help develop and maintain risk dashboards by combining enterprise-level data with insights from business leaders
Prepare clear, effective materials for internal meetings and presentations
Contribute to continuous improvement of the ERM program, including periodic benchmarking
Support integration of ERM with other functions such as capital budgeting and the Corporate Risk Committee process
Assist with risk reviews of investment proposals submitted to the Corporate Risk Committee
Support efforts to strengthen the Corporate Risk Committee process
Provide oversight of risk controls for wholesale energy positions and transactions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Risk Management or a related field
Lead Financial Analyst - At least 4 years of experience in Enterprise Risk Management or related functions within large, complex organizations
Sr Lead Financial Analyst - At least 6 years of experience in Enterprise Risk Management or related functions within large, complex organizations
Senior Staff Financial Analyst - At least 7 years of experience in Enterprise Risk Management or related functions within large, complex organizations
Effective written and verbal communications skills, able to present complex issues simply and to reach audiences with different perspectives and educational backgrounds
Excellent problem-solving techniques and quantitative, analytical skills
Strong decision-making skills, attentive to details, work well under pressure and able to meet deadlines, uses data to drive decisions
Ability to organize and manage a complex workload and projects in a fast-paced environment
Well-developed interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to influence and align colleagues and stakeholders
Emotionally intelligent—patient and self-aware, able to maintain balance amid opposition and change, multi-culturally aware and sensitive
Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Power BI and SharePoint
