Responsibilities
Edit and produce short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube Shorts
Support longer-form video content for YouTube, explainers, interviews, and campaign pieces
Collaborate on storyboards, scripts, and visual direction
Cut clips from podcasts, interviews, and long-form recordings
Add captions, motion text, overlays, and basic animations where appropriate
Maintain consistent visual style, pacing, and tone across content
Organize video assets, timelines, and deliverables
Optimize videos for platform-specific formats and best practices
Collaborate with the Creative Manager and Social Media Manager on content strategy
Iterate quickly based on performance, analytics, and feedback
Qualification
Required
Strong video editing skills with a clear sense of pacing and storytelling
Experience producing short-form social video content
Working understanding of social platforms and what performs on each
Attention to detail and respect for accuracy, especially in technical topics
Ability to take direction and also contribute creative ideas
Comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving environment
Reliable, organized, and communicative
Preferred
Familiarity with blockchain, crypto, or Web3 topics
Experience editing educational or documentary-style content
Motion graphics or light animation skills
Experience working with founders, podcasts, or thought leadership content
Familiarity with tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects, or similar
Understanding of content analytics and performance feedback
