Responsibilities

Lead all accounting operations, including GL, AP/AR, payroll, and financial reporting
Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close and deliver timely, accurate financial statements
Oversee cost accounting, standard costing, inventory valuation, and variance analysis
Partner with plant leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and operational performance
Ensure GAAP compliance, internal controls, and accounting policy development
Manage external audits, tax compliance, and third-party service providers
Lead and develop the accounting team
Drive process improvements, system enhancements, and automation initiatives
Support capital projects, ERP implementations, and M&A integration as needed

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership in a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of cost accounting, inventory management, and standard costing
Proven ability to build teams, improve processes, and operate in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Experience with multi-plant or complex manufacturing operations preferred
ERP system experience (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Epicor, or similar)
