Responsibilities
Schedule hearings, meetings, and deadlines
File documents with the court in compliance with procedural requirements
Save and organize documents within the Case Management System
Perform e-filing with courts and legal systems
Prepare general form pleadings for attorney review
Support attorneys with administrative and litigation tasks as needed
Ensure confidentiality and compliance with legal standards
Translate for Spanish-speaking clients when needed
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of prior experience in legal support or administrative assistance
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Proactive problem-solving and initiative
Strong record-keeping and document management skills
Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset
Preferred
Software: Filevine, Nextiva, GSuite
Translate for Spanish-speaking clients when needed
