Office Assistant
SAYN Marketplace Solutions is seeking a professional, organized, and personable Office Assistant to serve as the first point of contact for their office. This role is essential to creating a welcoming, efficient, and well-run workplace while providing administrative support across the company.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist all visitors, clients, and deliveries in a warm, professional manner
Coordinate and oversee office updates, maintenance, and construction-related activities as needed
Order and manage office supplies, snacks, kitchen and cleaning inventory
Support administrative and executive needs across departments (scheduling, documentation, coordination, etc.) with professionalism and discretion
Assist with internal communications and general office organization
Proactively identify opportunities to improve office efficiency and experience
Qualification
Required
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
Professional, presentable, and well-spoken
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
Preferred
Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish a plus)
Prior office, administrative, or front desk experience preferred
