Responsibilities
Lead, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans for electrical subsystems
Design, build, and debug test fixtures to support product validation
Utilize laboratory equipment including DMMs, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, logic analyzers, DAQs, and power supplies
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, Regulatory, Clinical, and Project Management
Support product development within medical device or other regulated industries
Apply knowledge of quality systems and design controls throughout the development lifecycle
Design and develop basic schematics and PCBs (experience with Altium CAD is a plus)
Identify, evaluate, and resolve complex product design and testing challenges
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and technical teams
Qualification
Required
Experience in leading the development and execution of test strategies for electrical subsystems
Strong hands-on testing and debugging skills
Experience in cross-functional collaboration within a regulated environment
Ability to lead, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans for electrical subsystems
Experience in designing, building, and debugging test fixtures to support product validation
Proficiency in utilizing laboratory equipment including DMMs, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, logic analyzers, DAQs, and power supplies
Experience collaborating closely with cross-functional teams such as R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, Regulatory, Clinical, and Project Management
Support product development within medical device or other regulated industries
Knowledge of quality systems and design controls throughout the development lifecycle
Experience in designing and developing basic schematics and PCBs
