Sales Account Executive
Inflektion is a company that has created the first Partnership Growth Platform designed to help brands scale through diverse partners. They are seeking a Sales Account Executive who will convert high intent demand into long-term customers by leading discovery, educating prospects, and closing partnerships that accelerate revenue.

Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle from first touch through close across inbound, referral, event driven, and outbound sourced opportunities
Run deep discovery to understand brand goals, current partner ecosystem maturity, constraints, and revenue potential
Educate prospects on partnership growth as a revenue channel and how Inflektion accelerates scale through personalization and automation
Qualify opportunities for alignment, ensuring the brands we onboard are set up to thrive
Build clear business cases that map Inflektion’s value to measurable outcomes
Partner closely with the team to shape onboarding plans and ensure alignment before handoff
Maintain pipeline hygiene, forecasting accuracy, and disciplined follow through
Bring structured insights from sales conversations back to Marketing, Product, and Ops to continually refine positioning and messaging
Represent Inflektion in a credible, values aligned way in calls, events, and partner conversations
Qualification
Required
Proven success in full cycle sales roles within SaaS, performance marketing, partnerships, or DTC environments
Experience running structured discovery and mapping solutions to revenue outcomes
Comfortable working both warm and outbound pipeline
Skilled at simplifying complex products into clear value narratives
Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
Strong communication and influence skills driven by trust and clarity
Preferred
Experience selling into growth, marketing, or partnership teams
Experience in early stage or high growth tech environments
