Responsibilities
Make 100+ outbound calls daily and manage 15-30 inbound calls
Verify client identity and ensure accurate account information
Explain financing terms, payment schedules, and account details clearly
Assist clients in setting up payment methods and resolving account issues
Perform collections calls for late payments and process adjustments
Maintain accurate records in CRM and internal systems
Qualification
Required
1+ year experience in a call center, customer service, or office environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to type accurately and maintain attention to detail
High School diploma or GED required; college degree a plus
Proven work ethic and job stability in previous roles
