Responsibilities

Lead and oversee global Oracle Fusion implementation programs across Financials, SCM, HCM, and other modules
Manage multi-million-dollar budgets, timelines, risks, and dependencies
Drive end-to-end program governance, including planning, execution, and delivery
Manage and coordinate System Integrators (SIs) and third-party vendors
Partner with business stakeholders, IT leadership, and functional leads to align program goals
Ensure adherence to Oracle implementation best practices and enterprise standards
Track program KPIs, milestones, and report status to executive leadership
Manage change control, issue resolution, and escalation processes
Support post-go-live stabilization and continuous improvement initiatives

Required

12+ years of overall experience with large enterprise ERP programs

Demonstrated success managing multi-million-dollar programs
Hands-on experience working with System Integrators
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Expertise in program governance, risk management, and delivery frameworks
