Sales Engineer II
Huntress is a fully remote cybersecurity company dedicated to enhancing security for businesses of all sizes. The Sales Engineer will provide technical expertise to support the sales team, helping customers improve their security posture through insightful guidance and collaboration.

Responsibilities
Partner with customers to help increase their security posture
Review and highlight potential security problems to customers’ technical teams while positioning Huntress as a solution
Work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, Support, and Engineering on voicing customer needs
Spot opportunities for improvement in a fast-moving environment
Ability to travel ~25% of the time to meet with customers
Qualification
Required
Candidate MUST be bilingual and speak English and Spanish
Fluent in spoken and written Spanish, with a particular focus on the ability to convey technical concepts effectively to customers and partners
4+ years of experience in a sales engineering or similar role
Experience in the cybersecurity industry and familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks
Experience working with or within MSPs or with VARs
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to present to a variety of external audiences, including C-level executives
Effective time management and organizational skills
Ability to travel ~25% of the time to meet with customers
Preferred
Preference given to candidates located in the East or Central time zones
Experience with malware, threat intelligence, and/or sandbox analysis
Experience with cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, GCP, etc
Experience building and implementing Security Programs
Familiarity with tools such as RMMs and PSAs
Familiarity with working with SIEM tools like Elastic, Splunk, etc
