CT Pest Solutions is an exciting, innovative, fast growing Pest and Wildlife company that services most of Connecticut. They are seeking a reliable, motivated Route Coordinator/Customer Service Representative to oversee scheduling service work orders and communicate with customers, while also selling pest and wildlife services to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

Overseeing the schedules and technician routes for efficiency

Answering phones, text messages and emails

Providing information about products and services over the phone, text messaging and emails to existing and potential customers

Providing solutions to customer inquiries

Receiving and delivering messages verbally and/or in writing

Develop estimates/contracts for current or prospective customers

Respond promptly to inquires from potential customers

Scheduling work orders and/or pest control jobs

Entering work orders

Collecting past-due receivables

Operating computers, electronic calculators, fax machines, copiers and any other equipment used to affect the efficient, timely operation of the branch

Other duties as assigned
