Responsibilities

Identify, plan, and manage a market wide event calendar
Execute events in Charlotte and Columbia personally and through staff oversight
Build and maintain relationships with event partners and venues
Coordinate contract execution, payments, and logistics
Lead event setup and tear-down to ensure a polished brand presentation
Serve as a brand ambassador at events, engaging attendees and promoting Joyce products
Identify and launch new self-generated events and outreach strategies
Track event performance, budgets, and ROI
Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing event marketing team
Build schedules, manage personnel, and resolve conflicts
Maintain and order marketing and promotional materials

Required

2+ years of event marketing or team lead experience
Willingness to travel throughout the Charlotte and Columbia markets
A results-driven mindset with proven success meeting appointment-setting goals
Flexibility to work events during evenings and weekends
Leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team
Ability to lift and set up tents, tables, banners, and basic event equipment

Preferred

Experience in home improvement or construction event marketing
