Support payroll processing and entry of time data
Generate reports and perform data analysis
Administer email communications and updates
Maintain and reconcile spreadsheets
Interact with employees and managers to resolve payroll-related inquiries
Assist with compliance and documentation activities
Qualification
Required
Proven experience with payroll processes or administration
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in spreadsheet software (Excel or equivalent)
Basic understanding of reconciliation procedures
Preferred
Experience in a utility or energy industry is a plus
