Supervises the daily activities and operational performance of a team of direct care employees
Ensures ongoing and transparent communication by holding huddles, one-to-one meetings, and the utilization of approved communication resources. Ensures communication saturation
Promotes a culture of strong performance and high morale
Provides orientation, training, and mentoring to new employees; ensures that orientation and training objectives are completed within established timeframes
Ensures the completion of clinical and operational goals within required timelines

Advanced knowledge and skill in their respective function
Ability to train, coach, and supervise employees
Experience in supervising the daily activities and operational performance of a team
Strong communication skills to hold huddles and one-to-one meetings

Experience in providing orientation, training, and mentoring to new employees
Ability to ensure completion of clinical and operational goals within required timelines
